"Very unprofessional experience with BizFork. I had paid upfront for ITR filing, but after 10 days of silence there was no progress and no response to my calls or messages. I finally had to chase down the owner directly. Instead of acknowledging the poor service or apologizing, he repeatedly pressured me to delete this review entirely (not just edit it). When I explained I could update it, he insisted on deletion. He even got employees to call me with the same request, not in a professional manner. Along with that, I was given multiple excuses — that an employee was on leave, that holidays caused delays, and other internal issues — none of which justified the lack of communication or the treatment I received. It was only after all this back-and-forth that the refund was processed. The response posted here is not an accurate reflection of the actual experience."
